END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

ELASTICSYSTEMS.COM IS THE DEVELOPER OF THIS SOFTWARE. ALL RIGHTS AND THE COPYRIGHT OF THE SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE REMAIN WITH THE DEVELOPER.

1. This software is distributed as Freeware, you are free to use the software at no charge. You may copy the software and its documentation freely. Spreading the program and its documentation by electronic networks, floppy discs, CD-ROM etc. is allowed as long as you are not selling it and the program and documentation is distributed unchanged and completely, including copyright notice and license in all parts.

2. The developer makes no representations about the suitability of this software or about any content or information made accessible by the software, for any purpose. The software is provided 'as is' without expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This software is provided gratuitously and, accordingly, the developer shall not be liable under any theory or any damages suffered by you or any user of the software.

3. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of this software remains with the user.

4. The developer is under no obligation to issue updates to this software. Limited support for the software might be available, but is not guaranteed.

5. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain in the hands of the developer.

6. The developer shall not be liable for (a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if the developer has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or (b) for any claim by any other party.

8. If sections or individual formulations of this license agreement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
